Why it matters

Your workout log stops being a collection of numbers.

MCP—Model Context Protocol—is a standard that lets an AI assistant request information from a service in a structured way. Strenova uses it to make your fitness data understandable to the AI tools you choose.

Instead of exporting spreadsheets or copying workouts into a chat, you can ask a direct question and let the assistant retrieve only the information needed to answer it.

What it can do

Five focused tools. Your complete training picture.

01

Understand your training profile

Use your goals, experience level, preferred units, and available gym equipment as context for better answers.

02

Summarize any training period

Calculate workouts, duration, sets, repetitions, and total training volume across a date range.

03

Inspect your workout history

Review recent sessions and open individual workouts to examine exercises, sets, load, reps, RPE, and rest.

04

See exercise progress clearly

Follow changes in maximum weight, repetitions, session volume, and frequency for an individual exercise.

Start with a question

Talk about your training in plain language.

You do not need to know tool names, database fields, or commands. Ask naturally and let your assistant decide which Strenova data it needs.

  1. 01

“How has my bench press progressed over the last six months?”

  2. 02

“Summarize my training volume this month.”

  3. 03

“Show me the exercises and sets from my last leg workout.”

  4. 04

“How consistently have I trained over the last 90 days?”

Privacy by design

Your data stays under your control.

The Strenova MCP server is authenticated with OAuth and exposes read-only tools. It can access only the account that approved the connection; it cannot edit workouts or inspect another member’s data.
