Delete your account

Open Settings › Manage Account › Delete Account. It happens right away and can’t be undone.

Step by step

  1. 1Cancel Pro in the App Store or Google Play first. Deleting your account doesn’t stop store billing.
  2. 2Open Settings › Manage Account › Delete Account.
  3. 3Pick a reason and confirm.

What happens

  • You can’t sign in again, and your name and email are removed from the account.
  • Imported Apple Health and Health Connect data is deleted from Strenova. The originals on your phone stay.
  • A founding member seat goes back to the pool.
  • Some data may be kept where the law requires it. The privacy policy has the details.

Good to know

  • Can’t open the app? Email support@strenova.app with the subject “Strenova account deletion” and your account email. Never send your password.
