Cancel Pro

You cancel Pro in the App Store or Google Play, not in Strenova. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Step by step

  1. 1In Strenova, open Settings › Manage Subscription. It shows your plan, its renewal date and a link to the store.
  2. 2Or go straight to the store. iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions.
  3. 3Choose Strenova and cancel.

Good to know

  • Deleting the app or your Strenova account doesn’t cancel Pro. Cancel in the store first.
  • Founding Member Pro has nothing to cancel. It ends on its own after two years.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
