  • Programs and templates that aren’t marked Pro.
  • Recovery map, monthly reports, and Trends for 7 and 30 days.
  • Importing from Hevy or Strong, and Apple Health or Health Connect.

Locks again

  • The personalized program and AI workout generation.
  • Programs and templates marked Pro.
  • Exercise analytics, PR history and Trends longer than 30 days.
  • The ChatGPT and Claude connection. It pauses, and comes back when Pro is active again.

Good to know

  • The same happens when Founding Member Pro ends after two years.
  • Subscribe again any time and the Pro features come back.
