Restore your Pro purchase

If you bought Pro and the app doesn’t show it, open the Pro screen and tap Restore. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

Step by step

  1. 1Sign in to the same Strenova account you used before.
  2. 2Open the Pro screen, for example by tapping any Pro feature.
  3. 3Tap Restore.

Good to know

  • Pro is tied to the Apple or Google account you paid with. A new phone works as long as it’s signed in to that same store account.
  • Still not showing? Email us from the email on your Strenova account.
