Train what’s ready

“What should I train today?”

The recovery map gives you a rough idea of which muscles have had time to recover, based on what you trained and when. Legs or upper body today becomes an easy call. Free.

The recovery map, front and back, showing which muscles are recovered and which are still fatigued

How it works

  1. 1

    Look at the map

Front and back, coloured in four steps from recovered to heavily fatigued.

  2. 2

    Tap a muscle

See its recovery percentage, when it’s likely ready, and when you last trained it.

  3. 3

    Plan the next few days

“Ready when” groups your muscles into today, tomorrow, in 2 days and later, next to a list of what’s fresh.

Ready when: muscles grouped into today, tomorrow, in 2 days and in 3 or more days

Where you see it

  • A one-line summary on Home that opens the map.
  • A Muscle Recovery widget on iPhone and Android.
  • A female body for female profiles.

What it doesn’t do

  • It’s an estimate from your logged training, not a medical or body measurement.
  • Sleep and health data don’t change it.

Questions
