How it works
- 1
Log your sets
Nothing extra to do. Each set is checked against everything you’ve done on that exercise before.
- 2
A record shows up mid-workout
You get a short celebration and a badge on the set: weight, volume or estimated 1RM. Prefer it quiet? Turn the sound off and the records still count.

- 3
Share it
Turn a record into a card for Instagram Stories or anywhere else.

What counts as a record
- Heaviest weight on an exercise.
- Best set volume (weight × reps).
- Best estimated one-rep max.
- Records from workouts you import count too.
What it doesn’t do
- The estimated 1RM comes from a formula, not a tested max.
Pro With Pro: the full record history per exercise, and a breakdown of your best and predicted weight at each rep count.
Questions
Are personal records free?
Yes. Live records during the workout and share cards are free. The full record history and the rep-by-rep breakdown per exercise are Pro.
How is the estimated 1RM worked out?
From the weight and reps of your sets, using a standard formula. It’s an estimate, not a tested max.
Can I turn off the celebration?
Yes. Turn off the live record notification or its sound in the workout settings. Records are still saved.
